How it works
Log it in ten seconds. The collection takes a lifetime.
Log it
Tap the map where you saw it, pick the species, grade the sighting from one to five stars, and add a photo or notes if you like. Works with no signal; it backs up later.
Fill your dex
Every country, province and state has its own list with Common, Uncommon, Rare and Legendary species, based on what people actually record there. Unseen ones stay sealed as “???” until you find them.
Earn badges
Streaks, seasons, full moons, new places, first light. Fifty badges reward the habit of looking, and your character sheet levels up with every find.
Team up
Make a group around target species and share a code, or list it so nearby naturalists can find it. See who spots each target first.
Your sightings stay yours
Built so that a rare find never puts an animal, or you, at risk.
- Your notes, photos and recordings are never shown to anyone else. Not in groups, not on the board, not anywhere.
- Where you saw an animal appears on the community map only if you choose to share, and then without your name and never from your home area.
- Endangered species and every Legendary are never shown at their real location, for everyone, always.
- No ads, no trackers, no data selling. Delete your account and everything goes with it.
The community map
Optional and anonymous. See where wildlife is being seen near you, by species and month, and add your own pins if you want to. Pins appear two hours after the sighting, so nobody can tell where someone is standing right now.
